Real estate in Egypt acquisition scheme

Step 1. You inform us what property unit you are interested in. We check availability of this unit. Then you should come to Hurghada to register the bargain. Any travel agency will help you to arrange your first visit to Egypt.

Step 2. You come to our office to discuss all the details. Then you take a view of property units and choose the best for you.

Step 3. When you determined the object of purchasing, a contract for legal support, bargain support and commission should be concluded.

Step 4. The same day we register a power of attorney. One of the lawyers of our company will represent you in all the sells and purchases of the real property.For power of attorney registration you have to reissue a tourist visa (mark) in the local Passport Department. You have to fill a special form and attach one photo.

Then the power of attorney is going to be registered.

All the time and in all the offices you are accompanied by our employees.

Step 5. At this stage a purchase contract should be concluded. In this contract all the terms and conditions are listed (subject and terms of purchase, liabilities, penalties etc.) This contract should be registered by a state notary. After registration the full payment under the contract should be made including commissions.

To conclude a contract your passport is needed.
